Time to Retreat.  Manitou Springs Resort and Mineral Spa, Manitou Beach.  September 25th, 26th, and 27th.

Registration starts Tuesday, July 24th, at 9 a.m.  Space is limited.  Regina departure, but should there be enough interest, we would look at adding a Saskatoon departure.  There is also a "u-drive" option.  Depart Regina 10 a.m. on the 25th; return to Regina by 5 p.m. on the 27th.

While at the Manitou Springs Resort and Mineral Spa, enjoy unlimited access to the pool with the healing waters of  Little Manitou Lake, take in a water yoga class, enjoy hiking the beautiful area around the lake.  We will experience first hand the horsehair floor at Danceland, visit local Art Galleries, and take the time to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate.  Since it is a rule that there are no calories on a WOTG adventure, enjoying the many delicious meals planned for you won't be a problem!  Whether you choose to take in all of the sights and sounds of the area, or prefer to remain in your luxurious room with a big stack of books, our first ever retreat is an experience not to be missed.

Our theme for the first ever retreat is "The Book Club".  More to come about that.

Accommodations are single occupancy so you have your room all to yourself!

Cost for this adventure is $600.  Your fee includes travel, 2 nights' accommodations, all meals (except breakfast on the 25th, and supper on the 27th), your Danceland experience and your water yoga, all taxes and gratuities.  Does not include any Serenity Spa services.  http://www.manitousprings.ca/SerenityBrochure.pdf
