Humboldt, Culture and Commerce. “Lucky” Friday, September 13th. Departing from Saskatoon and Regina.
I am so pleased to be partnering with Humboldt's Chamber of Commerce and the City of Humboldt's Culture rep to provide you with the Ultimate Day Out! It promises to be a day of fun, food, and frivolity with some culture, history, and best of all, retail therapy! Friday, August 16th, departing at 8 a.m. Return 9 p.m. This day has something for all guests, male and female, so grab your sweetheart, bestie, Mama, and join us
Join us for some great retail therapy at a number of downtown businesses, including Brickhouse Clothing, Cottage Boutique, Diamonds of Detroit, Haus of Stitches (for all of you quilters and sewers), and more! The Humboldt businesses will be happy to showcase the delights of shopping at their businesses and will have specials and discounts available for YOU!
We will visit the Museum and Art Gallery where you will be able to pay your respects at the Broncos Memorial Exhibit. As always, we will have some fabulous meals lined up, and we will visit Humboldt's Historic water tower and their "Original Humboldt" site. We have a couple of surprises up our sleeves and more info to share about our day out.
Women on the Go has visited Humboldt a few times, and it has been a huge hit. In the past, we have departed from Regina, so I am pumped to offer this fab day with a Saskatoon departure.
Cost for the day is $130 and that includes your travel, two mouth watering meals, all taxes and gratuities, museum and gallery fees, and of course, your registration is your entry into draws for hundreds of dollars of merchandise.

Back to the Big Muddy, Thursday, August 22nd. SOLD OUT. Seats available for August 29th. One of our most popular, and one of my personal favourites. I do believe it will sell out quite quickly, and should there be enough bodies, we will do a 2nd tour on Thursday, August 29th.
Oh, and guys, you are more than welcome to join us!
Registration will start at 9 a.m. on Monday, June 24th. Registrations are taken on a first received, first accepted basis. There have been instances where tours have sold out in the first 5 minutes. Just sayin'.
Tip, BIG TIP--if there is more than 1 of you, have ONE PERSON DO THE REGISTERING! We can figure the payment part out after.
So,here is our fabulous day:
depart Regina 8:15 a.m. from the Southgate Mall parking lot, Safeway area.
We will meet our guide at Castle Butte, and continue our day from there. From Castle Butte, we will visit Aust's General Store ('if we don't have it, you don't need it") and the Museum (amazing museum). Lunch will be at Burgess Ranch, and will be a BROWN BAG lunch you will bring yourself. Tammy Burgess will share her wealth of knowledge about the history of this area, with her very own illustrations, in her Ole Porch Gallery.
Once we leave Burgess Ranch, we will visit the remains of the NWMP depot, and carry on to the Sam Kelly Outlaw Caves. Just up the hill, we will visit a turtle effigy, and see the most breathtaking views! Our last stop is at the Paisley Brook schoolhouse.
The icing on the cake to this day is our catered evening meal at Ogema. Solo Italia will provide us with a mouthwatering meal, and you will have time to check out Ogema's Deep South Pioneer Museum.
Return to Regina around 9:30.
Cost for our Back to the Big Muddy adventure is $140 and includes travel on a Moose Mountain Charter bus, Coronach Tours Guide and tour fees, museum and ranch fees, meal and driver gratuities, and taxes.

Friday, May 10th. Mother’s Day Greenhouse Gallop. SOLD OUT-WAITING LIST
Depart Regina at 8 a.m. from the northwest corner of the Wal Mart, Vic East, parking lot. And head directly to the Westwind Florist and Greenhouse in Moosomin. Westwind was part of our Moosomin visit last year, and it is fabulous! I am so thrilled that we will once again get to spend some delightful time there before heading to Witch's Brew for our lunch.
Our next stop will be Serenity Gardens and Greenhouse at Grenfell. We have been here before and have been treated like royalty. Michelle and her staff will be sure to show us a good time!!!
We will squeeze in one more stop, U&K Greenhouse, before heading to Sherry's on Grand for our evening meal.
After a delicious meal and a refreshing glass of wine, we will visit one last greenhouse before we return to Regina and end our day, T and S Nursery and Greenhouse in Qu'Appelle.
We will be back in Regina shortly after 8:30.
Cost for this amazing day is $130. That includes travel, two delicious meals, wine with supper, visits to four fabulous greenhouses, all meal and driver gratuities, and all those lovely taxes. And all you have to do is register. WOTG will take care of everything else!
Cornerstone Theatre's Spring production, Sunday, April 28th. SOLD OUT
This year's performance is a two act comedy, "The Trouble with Cats". Registration starts on Monday, April 1st at 9 a.m. You don't want to be an 'April fool' and miss out!!!! We will depart from the Wal Mart parking lot, Victoria Avenue East, at 10:45 on Sunday, April 28th. Our destination will be Carlyle for their matinee performance at 2. Following that performance, we will hit the road for Forget, and our meal at "The Happy Nun", one of my most favourite Saskatchewan restaurants. We will be back in Regina by 9:15.
Cost for our day out is $115 and includes travel, play ticket, delicious meal, all taxes, and driver/meal gratuities. Supper will include coffee/tea/cold beverage. Alcohol beverages will be available for purchase.
QUILT SHOP HOP. Saturday, April 6th, 2019. We will meet in the Northwest corner of the Wal Mart, Victoria East parking lot, at 7:50 for a prompt 8 am departure. Itinerary subject to change without notice.
Stops along the way include: Sew and Sew's in Carlyle, Shirley's Sewing Room and Sew Creative in Moosomin, North 40 Fabrics and Colette’s Sewing Room in Yorkton. As well, we will enjoy mouth watering meals and some other fun stops along the way.
Cost for our wonderful day together is $130. Included in your registration is travel, two meals, all taxes and gratuities.
